Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (330) 733-7586. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is gios-pizza.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 2,311 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for italian restaurants in Akron. Recent reviews are the best guide.

We've been a customer for years and remember Lembo's fondly. Today the salad bar had about a third of the topping containers empty - never refilled or used. The prices were the same, but it felt like we didn't get our money's worth. It was not the great lunch deal we remembered. The general feeling was the place had really slipped from their past quality. It went from special to mediocre. A loss, it seems, to me.

I ordered eggplant and it was burnt the last time I got it it was burnt. When the waitress came back around I said the eggplant was burnt I told the waitress about it and said I wouldnβt say anything but the last time it was burnt as well. Her response was I know they are having trouble back in the kitchen. No mention of Iβll take it off your bill or I wonβt charge you for your drinks. The salad bar was fair. The peas were slimy. Twice there was no garlic bread then they were no bowls for soups. π . Limbos was great. The new owner better step it up. So sad

The first photo is the garlic bread Iβve come to love and look forward to. The second is the garlic bread I got instead π all shriveled up and pale. Lembos PLEASE do not ever do this to me again.

Last night i took my family there to celebrate my moms birthday. I have been here many times before with excellent service and food. We sat down and got our drinks. it took 20 minutes before the server came to take our order but it was busy so we were patient. it took an hour for the first persons food to arrive. i say first person because it was about 10 minutes between plates being brought out to us. One plate of food was cold and I dont mean room temperature. I mean cold! My meal didnt come out til most of the family was already finished with theirs. The salad bar was empty, no plates and most food items were gone. Mom talked me into not complaining because its not the servers fault and since it was her birthday i honored her wish. That being said, it is the servers fault for not keeping us up on why it was taking so long and it is her fault for not being friendly in the slightest. Maybe she had a bad day? I tipped her normally but for the first time in my life, i regret giving a good tip. I highly doubt we will be back for anything more than a carry out pizza because that has always been good

First time here. Ate lunch here because I was doing some work in the area and heard it was a place to check out. Everyday they have a pizza soup and salad buffet for $14. There's eight different kinds of pizza, a very large salad bar, and a couple different soups to choose from. Everything was very good. the service is polite, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
